Did you know you could earn money for making your home more comfortable and increasing its energy efficiency?

For a limited time only, the government is offering tax credits, subsidies, and other incentives for approved home performance improvements including installing efficient heating and cooling equipment, insulation, doors and windows, and more.

Incentive programs are for homeowners of all income level and are designed to help shorten your return on investment. Foam It will help you manage the process to ensure you get maximum benefits available to you.

Federal Income Tax Credits

• A federal income tax credit of up to $1,500 is available for a variety of home energy efficiency improvements such as insulation, high-efficiency air conditioning systems, high-efficiency heating systems, windows, doors, and more
• 30% of the total system cost forSolar Electric (PV) systems
• 30% of the total system cost for Solar Water Heating (Thermal) systems

NYSERDA Incentives:

• NYSERDA offers 4.99% and 5.99% ENERGY STAR financing — unsecured consumer loans — to qualifying customers using Foam It to participate in Home Performance with ENERGY STAR
• If ENERGY STAR financing (see 4.99% and 5.99% loans listed above) is not used, homeowners may be eligible to receive 10% of the cost of energy efficiency improvements, up to a maximum incentive of $3,000, directly from the program
• NYSERDA Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program, For most New York homeowners

Keystone HELP® loans offers: 

• - Special, low interest rates locked in for the life of the loan
• - Longer terms and lower rates than typically available
• - No penalty for pre-payment
• -Loans from $1,000 to $35,000
